What is your return/refund policy?

We stand behind our products. If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt.  US returns can be send it back with our pre-paid label; international customers are responsible for return shipping. The item needs to be unwashed and in its original condition. Contact us at returns@fjarn.com to initiate a return.

What is your warranty?

If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, contact us at returns@fjarn.com and we’ll take care of you. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, we’re here to help. Send a few photos showing the issue and we will get you a repair or replacement. Fjärn’s warranty doesn’t cover wear or damage caused by improper use.
